About Us

CCT Psychology provides evidence-based therapeutic support for individuals, couples and families.

Support is offered across the lifespan, with a focus on anxiety and relationship difficulties — including challenges within intimate relationships, families, friendships, and workplace dynamics. CCT also specialises in supporting children, adolescents, and families impacted by school avoidance, separation, and divorce, from a family-focused and relational perspective.

CCT is committed to making psychological support effective, accessible, and affordable. Therapy integrates psychological and behavioural approaches and is delivered in a practical, client-led way, with flexible service options designed to reduce barriers to care and support meaningful, lasting change beyond the therapy room.

Services

Individual Therapy

Evidence-based, practical support for individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or challenges related to life transitions, school, or work.

Sessions are personalised and grounded in a clear understanding of emotional, relational, and behavioural patterns. Work may focus on difficulties within intimate relationships, friendships, family systems, or workplace dynamics, with an emphasis on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating sustainable change beyond therapy sessions.

Children & Adolescents Therapy

Developmentally informed, evidence-based support for children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, school avoidance, behavioural challenges, peer difficulties, family transitions, or low mood.

Sessions are tailored to the young person’s developmental stage and integrate practical emotional skills, insight-building, and strengths-based strategies in an engaging and supportive way. Therapy aims to help children and teens better understand their emotions, build regulation skills, and feel more confident navigating home, school, and social environments.

Parent involvement and coaching are integral to all work, supporting caregivers to understand underlying drivers of behaviour and implement consistent, effective strategies across daily life.

Couples Therapy

Evidence-based, structured support for couples experiencing communication difficulties, recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, trust concerns, or significant life transitions.

Therapy focuses on identifying the patterns that drive relational distress, strengthening emotional responsiveness, and developing practical strategies to manage conflict more effectively. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, supporting couples to build clarity, safety, and more secure ways of relating — whether repairing, strengthening, or redefining the relationship.

Family Therapy

Evidence-based support for families experiencing ongoing conflict, communication breakdowns, behavioural challenges, emotional distress, or difficulty navigating change.

Family therapy takes a systems-focused approach, helping families understand relational patterns, strengthen roles and boundaries, and respond more effectively to stress and conflict. Sessions are structured and collaborative, supporting shared understanding, improved emotional safety, and practical changes that lead to more stable and connected family functioning.
